6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed right.

How notices are handled

We may acknowledge receipt, request missing information, investigate the identified URL or material, and take action that we consider appropriate under applicable law. This may include removing or disabling access to material, or declining an incomplete or unsupported request. Where appropriate, we may share the substance of a notice with the affected party so that the matter can be assessed fairly.

We do not guarantee a particular outcome or response time. Knowingly submitting materially false or misleading information may have legal consequences.
